-Contract TELEDISTRIBUTION LTD Contracting
The technical steps required to create the contract between You and Us
are as follows:
You place the order for Your Products on the website by pressing the
confirm order button at the end of the check-out process. You will be
guided through the process of placing an order by a series of simple
instructions on the website.
We will send You an order acknowledgement email detailing the products
You have ordered. This is not an order confirmation or order acceptance
from Us.
As your product is shipped from our warehouse We will send you an
dispatch confirmation email.
Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between You and Us
will take place on the dispatch to you of the Products ordered unless We
have notified You that we do not accept Your order or You have cancelled
it in accordance with the instructions in these conditions.
Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:
The product you ordered being unavailable from stock
Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment
The identification of a pricing or product description error
You not meeting the eligibility to order criteria set out in the main
Terms and Conditions.


-Products
All the items we sell are fully compatible with UK consoles, unless
otherwise stated in the product listing.

-Delivery Terms EU-UK
All Items are delivered by UPS special. All orders over £500 in EU-UK
are FREE.
We deliver in 48 hours (unless company delivered delayed)


-Cancellation and Returns
You can cancel your contract at any time up to 14 working days after the
day of delivery. To do this, please email or write to us.
You do not have to give any reason for cancellation. However, we would
appreciate a brief explanation to help us improve the service we offer
our customers in the future.
If you cancel, you must return the goods to us at your own expense. You
must ensure the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage.
If you fail to return the goods, we will collect them and will charge
you the direct cost of collection. If you fail to take reasonable care
of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage
or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value.
This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights - for example
if goods are faulty or misdescribed.

-Faulty Goods
If there is a problem with the goods, please contact us. We will deal
with the matter in accordance with your legal rights.

-Changes to these Terms
These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions
at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply to

future orders.
